Virtual Presentation: Feeding the Community While Reducing Waste

Have you ever wondered what happens to excess food, for example from grocery stores or restaurants, or about how the community is helping those who are hungry on the island?

This is where Aloha Harvest steps in.

Aloha Harvest is the largest food rescue and redistribution organization in Hawai’i. They accept excess food from donors such as grocery stores, hotels, restaurants, etc. and bring this food to agencies dedicated to feeding the hungry ie. food pantries, homeless shelters.
