Locker Rentals

If you did not complete a locker form with Student Life & Development and a lock is illegally placed on a locker, your lock will be removed and your belongings will be stored in our office for one semester

If you would like to rent a locker please follow these steps:

  1. Fetch a locker tag from the locker you wish to rent and bring the tag to Student Life & Development Office.
  2. Fill out the Locker Rental form
  3. Turn in a completed form, rental tag, and present a validated Honolulu CC ID. Once completed you must promptly put a lock on the assigned locker.
  4. Pay the charge for the locker. It will be charged to your UH account.

Who can rent a Locker:

  • You must be a valid Honolulu Community College Student

Locations:

  • Building 7 (3rd floor, 4th floor, 5th floor, 6th floor)
    • Monday – Friday: 7:00AM – 8:00PM
    • Saturday: 8:00AM – 12:00PM
  • Building 2 (Student Lounge)
    • Monday – Friday: 8:00AM – 3:00PM
    • Closed on weekends and on campus events

All times of access are subject to change based on campus closures and events that may impede access to lockers. Hours subject to change at venues discretion without prior notice.

Price (per semester):

  • Building 7 ( 3rd floor, 4th floor, 5th floor, 6th floor) – $12.00
  • Building 2 (Student Lounge) – $12.00

Terms and Conditions of Honolulu Community College Semester Locker Rental Agreement

  1. Honolulu Community College and Student Life & Development are not responsible for articles placed in lockers.
  2. Refunds for lockers will not be issued no matter the circumstances.
  3. Rentals are by semester, each semester a separate Locker Rental Contract must be completed.
  4. Illegal drugs, alcohol and firearms are not permitted in lockers.
  5. All lockers must be emptied by the last day of instruction by 3:30 p.m.
  6. All lockers not emptied by the first business day following the last day of instruction will have lock removed.
  7. Student Life & Development will attempt to contact renter by email and phone 2 weeks prior to removal of lock.
  8. Honolulu Community College is not liable for the cost of locks removed in violation of Locker Rental Contract terms.
  9. Items removed from lockers will be held in Student Life & Development in lost and found for one semester.
  10. Honolulu Community College reserves the right to remove a lock if presented with a valid search warrant.

Locker Move Out Date— May 4, 2024 at 3:30 p.m.

Locks must be removed or they will be cutoff on May, 4 2024 starting at 8:00 a.m. Those that aren’t removed may be charged the rental fee for use in the upcoming semester.
