Bulletin Boards

Bulletin boards are spread throughout the campus. These bulletin boards are used as a primary source for promoting events and providing news to the student body.

Flyers can be submitted to Student Life & Development for posting on our bulletin boards across campus. Postings go up within 3 business days of being submitted but can stay up as long as 30 days. If you wish to repost, PLEASE bring in a new batch of flyers to be re-signed as a new posting.

We strongly encourage submitting your flyers up to a month in advance of the date of your event. We will NOT ACCEPT flyers turned in the week of your event.

Digital Signs

Digital signs are displayed around campus in places like the Student Lounge, the Cafeteria, and Building 7. These digital signs show various announcements, event flyers, pictures, emergency alerts, and other updates as a way to inform administration, faculty, staff, and students of Honolulu Community College. The digital signs are managed by Student Media Board.

Flyers can be submitted to hccsigns@hawaii.edu for display on the digital signs. All flyers must be submitted in jpeg or png (NO PDFs)

We strongly encourage submitting your flyers up to a month in advance of the date of your event.

Student Media Board will make every effort to have them posted as soon as possible.
